Lost or Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or is defective, please inspect the package upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  1. Reporting Damage: Please email us at dorian@zumzz.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  2. Special Policy for Broken Jars: If a customer receives a broken jar of honey or propolis (due to shipping in glass), we will issue a full refund for the price of the broken product once the claim and photos have been verified.

  3. General Verification: If any other item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, and the claim is verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the product price.

Incorrect Address

 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately to update the address at no charge.

  • After shipment: Additional shipping fees may apply for address corrections.

  • Undeliverable packages: The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

 

Shipping Delays

 

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unexpected delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier backlogs during peak seasons

  • Natural disasters or emergencies

Action before contacting us: Please check with your local post office and provide them with the tracking number, as they may have more immediate information.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Return shipping policy:

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

     

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

     

  • International customers may be subject to additional customs fees.

     

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and items must be in their original condition.
