1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

 

This document outlines the rules and regulations for the use of the Zumzz® website, located at zumzz.com and zumzz.de.

By accessing this website, purchasing products, or using any of our services, you agree to accept and comply with these Terms of Service (ToS) in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

3. Products, Pricing, and Payment

 

 

Product Representation and Variation

 

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, as our products are natural, minor variations may occur:

  • Weight: Due to the nature of honey and propolis, there may be minor variations in the final gram weight of the product received.

  • Appearance: We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any product color or texture will be accurate. Product taste and colors can vary by the LOT too.

 

Pricing and Currency

 

  • Primary Currency: All prices displayed on the website are primarily listed in Euro (€).

  • VAT/Taxes: Prices are displayed excluding VAT, as we are exempt from charging value-added tax in accordance with Article 22, paragraph 1 of the VAT Act (PDV nije obračunat prema čl. 22 st. 1. zakona o PDV-u). The customer is likewise exempt from paying VAT on these transactions.

  • Foreign Currency Payments: If you choose to pay using a currency other than the Euro, your bank or financial institution will determine the conversion rate. We are not responsible for any differences, fees, or losses incurred due to the currency conversion rates applied by your bank.

  • Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Order Acceptance

 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.

All content on the Zumzz® website, including but not limited to the Zumzz logo, text, graphics, images, product photos, audio clips, video, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all content (collectively, the "Site Content"), is the exclusive property of SUPERMED FOODS d.o.o. or its content suppliers. This content is protected by Croatian, European Union, and international copyright and trademark laws.

 

Limited License

 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site Content solely for the purpose of shopping for products offered by Zumzz®. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the Site Content without our express written permission.

You may post product reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content") as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties.

By submitting User Content, you grant SUPERMED FOODS d.o.o. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

 

Responsibility for Content

 

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the User Content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.
